Description Title of the invention: Quick connection system and method of production The present invention relates to the field of connection between elements subjected to a through circulation of fluid, in particular gaseous, in particular in the context of motor vehicle equipment. , and advantageously in an application for connecting a duct of the pressurized air duct type. The invention more specifically relates to a quick connection system, a removable prestressing part for such a system, a duct or tube element equipped with such a part and a method of producing a quick connection implementing the above system. Quick connection systems, also called quick connectors, referred to herein are well known in the art (see for example: US 3,314,696; US 4,884,829; US 5,876,071; US 6 371,528; US 2003/005 2484; US 7,438,328). Generically, such a quick connector comprises a female end piece (for example plastic) on which is mounted a clip or locking ring (generally made of spring steel), generally in a "U" shape (with possibly more or less straight, rounded or converging branches). This female end piece also has at least two substantially opposite slots through which the branches of the clip protrude inside the passage opening of the female end piece. The male end piece is adapted to fit and fit into the female end piece and includes an outer groove. During the insertion of the male end, the branches of the clip are separated (elastic deformation) by the thrust exerted by the male end on said branches, then the latter return to the rest position in the throat of the '' male end. In this position, the disconnection of the male / female socket is prevented by retaining the clip in the groove of the male end piece. In the prior art, the clip is delivered in the rest position, and it is the operator by pushing the male end piece into the female end piece which spreads the branches of the staple before their return in the rest position in the groove of the male end piece in the final nesting state. It is therefore the operator who is responsible for 100% of the assembly effort. The provision of such effort repeatedly is not satisfactory from an ergonomic point of view. Figures 1A and 1B illustrate, by transparency and by way of example, the deformation undergone by a staple during the insertion of the male end piece into the female end piece (the spacing at mid-height of the branches of the clip passes from a spacing E1 - for example ~ 39 mm - to a spacing E2 - for example ~ 47 mm -, when the largest section of the male element passes, generally just before the groove). It will be noted that the engagement of the clip in the groove is effected audibly and allows the operator to have confirmation of the locking of the connection, without any other verification, in particular visual. Document DE 10 2011 107 016 also discloses a tool for easily unlocking a locking ring by elastic engagement of a quick connector, by forcing said ring in a constrained configuration allowing the connection between the ends to be released. male and female. Although the use of this tool during the assembly of the end pieces makes it possible to reduce the pushing force to be exerted on the male end piece, it clearly complicates the assembly operation for the operator. In addition, preparation prior to assembly is not possible since the operator's intervention is required. The main object of the invention is to provide a mechanical quick connection system which allows to significantly reduce the efforts to be provided by the operator to achieve the mutual insertion and nesting of the two ends, while not complicating not the gestures to perform and keeping the hearing aid (rattling) for locking control. The invention relates more particularly to a quick connection system between a female end piece provided with a U-shaped locking clip and a male end piece intended to fit into the female end piece, the wall of the female end piece comprising opposite slots by which the branches of the U protrude in the passage of said end piece and the wall of the male end piece comprising an external groove adapted to receive with locking said branches of the staple in a state of final nesting of the male end piece in the female end piece, locked by said clip, a free strand respectively extending each branch of the U in the direction of the other branch, these strands thus substantially closing the U by cooperation. These branches are, as mentioned above, further apart by elastic deformation by the male end piece when inserted into the female end piece until the clip is received in the throat at the end of the two end pieces, the clip then being substantially in a rest configuration, with the branches of the U not forced apart. In this type of system, the forced spacing of the branches of the clip is obtained by pinching or bringing the free ends of the strands extending said branches and each extending in the direction of the other branch of the U (Fig. 1A and 1B). The above object is achieved by the invention for such a system by the fact that it further comprises an insert forming a removable prestressing element for the clip and comprising suitable accommodation sites and intended to cooperate by engagement with the two free strands in a first configuration corresponding to the rest configuration of the clip and in at least a second preload configuration of the clip in which the legs of the U are more apart than in the rest configuration but less apart that during the passage of the maximum external section of the male end piece during its insertion into the female end piece, the accommodation sites being arranged on the pre-stressed insert so that during the insertion of the end piece male, and before reaching the final nested state, the clip prestressed by said part is automatically released from its configuration of pr stressed and can return to its resting configuration. The invention will be better understood from the description below, which relates to a preferred embodiment, given by way of nonlimiting example, and explained with reference to the appended schematic drawings, in which: Figures 2A to 2C illustrate, by transparency and in a similar manner to Figures 1, the different phases of installation and implementation of a prestressing insert on a female end piece forming part of a connection system fast according to the invention; Figure 3A is a perspective view of an air duct provided with a female end piece as shown in Figures 2 and Figure 3B is a front elevational view of the female end piece on a different scale , before fitting the prestressing part; Figures 4A to 4C are representations by transparency, similar to those of Figures 1 and 2, of the various assembly phases, with insertion and fitting of the male end piece into the female end piece, of a system of quick connection according to the invention; Figure 5 is a plan elevational view of a prestressing part of the invention; Figure 6 is a view in a direction opposite to that of Figures 2 and 4 and in section along a plane containing the body of the clip of the nesting area and connection between the male and female ends after completion of the assembly operation and immediately before removal of the prestressing part, and, [0023] Figure 7 is an exploded perspective view showing the various components of the system according to the invention. Figures 2, 4, 6 and 7, and partially Figures 3, illustrate a quick connection system 1 between a female end piece 2 provided with a clip 3 U-shaped locking and a male end piece 4 intended to come s 'fit into the female end piece 2. The wall of the female end piece 2 has opposite slots 2' through which the arms 3 ', 3 ”of the U protrude in the passage of said end piece 2 and the wall of the male end piece 4 has an external groove 4 'adapted to receive with locking said branches 3', 3 ”of the clip 3 in a state of final engagement of the male end piece 4 in the female end piece 2, locked by said staple 3. A free strand 5, 5 'respectively extends each branch 3', 3 "from the U in the direction of the other branch 3", 3 ', by substantially closing the U. Said branches 3', 3 "are elastically separated by the male end piece 4 when it is inserted into the female end piece 2 up to receiving the clip 3 in the groove 4 'in the final nested state of the two ends 2 and 4, the clip 3 then being substantially in a rest configuration, with the branches 3', 3 ”of the U not forced in spacing. According to the invention, this system 1 further comprises an attached part 6 forming a removable prestressing element for the clip 3 and comprising housing sites 7, 7 '7 ”suitable and intended to cooperate by engagement with the two free strands 5, 5 'in a first configuration corresponding to the rest configuration of the clip 3 and in at least a second preload configuration of the clip 3 in which the branches 3', 3 ”of the U are more apart than in the rest configuration but less spaced apart than during the passage of the maximum external section of the male end piece 4 during its insertion into the female end piece 2. The housing sites 7, 7 ′, 7 ”are arranged on the part added prestressing 6 so that during the insertion of the male end piece 4, and before reaching the final nested state, the clip 3 prestressed by said part 6 is released automatically from its preload configuration and can return to its rest configuration. Thanks to the aforementioned provisions of the invention, it is therefore possible, immediately after the staple 3 is put in place and, in any event, before insertion of the male end piece 4 to make the connection, to propose a simple solution for pre-conditioning the clip 3, by securing it in a preload configuration (pre-opening), this to reduce the extent of the spreading movement to be generated by the invention of the end piece male 4, and therefore proportionally reduce the pushing force to be provided by the operator. The magnitude of this forced preliminary spacing of the branches 3 ', 3 ”(spacing E3) imposed by the prestressing part 6 is determined to significantly reduce the mounting effort, while guaranteeing a certain disengagement from the configuration of prestressing (E2> E3) and the possibility of a return to the rest configuration for the clip 3 before the latter is found at the level of the external groove 4 'of the male connector 4 (final nested state) during of the insertion movement of this nozzle. In other words, the elastic engagement noise of the clip 3 in the groove 4 ’is retained, as is the automatic locking of the connection which results therefrom. In addition to its simple and inexpensive implementation, the solution according to the invention allows to pre-condition the clip 3 of the female end piece 4 at the supplier of the latter and to deliver it in this state on the site of its assembly with the male end 4. Of course, different embodiments are possible for the prestressing part 6. It should nevertheless be inexpensive, of reduced bulk and simple construction, being best suited to the functions to be performed and to its usage environment. In line with the above expectations and according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, in particular shown in Figures 3 and 5, the prestressed insert 6 may consist of a plate having an edge 6 'with a functional contour and the housing sites 7, 7 ', 7 ”can consist of recesses or re-entrant formations suitable and intended to receive with removable locking the ends 5” of the free strands 5, 5' extending the branches 3 ', 3 ”of the U-shaped clip 3, the housing sites 7, 7 ′, 7 ”having shapes partially matching those of said ends of the two free strands 3 ′, 3”. According to an advantageous characteristic, said prestressed insert 6 comprises at least one (e) appendage or gripping formation 8, 9 allowing it to be placed on the clip 3, its removal from the clip 3 and its movement when it is engaged with the clip 3. Preferably, the passage of the latter from its rest configuration to its prestressing configuration is effected by forced displacement of said part 6 engaged with the clip 3 and the passage of the latter from the prestressing configuration to the resting configuration taking place automatically under the effect of an elastic return of the branches 3 ', 3 ”of the U-shaped clip 3, after separation of the latter beyond the spacing imposed by the part 6 in the prestressing configuration. Thus, the functional contour of the edge 6 ′ of the part 6 is configured in such a way that, on the one hand, the free strands 5, 5 ′ remain, depending on the configuration, in the accommodation sites 7, 7 ', 7 ”correspondents concerned by snap / elastic retention (spring action of the branches 3', 3”), and that, on the other hand, said free strands 5, 5 'are guided and forced (in displacement) in an arrangement corresponding to the rest configuration after release / disengagement of the preload configuration. In accordance with an optimized practical construction, it can be provided that the part 6 comprises a first housing site 7 intended to receive with wedging and elastic locking the 5 ”end of a first strand 3 'of the staple 3, a second housing site 7 'intended to receive with forced wedging, under the elastic stress of the clip 3 preloaded, the 5 ”end of the second strand 5' in the preload configuration of the clip 3, and a third housing site 7 ”intended to receive with a loose hooking the 5” end of the second strand 5 'in the rest configuration of the clip 3, the third site 7 ”being further from the first site 7 than the second site 7 '. Preferably, the first strand 5 is held in the first housing site 7 by a part 10 of deformable contour of said site 7, preferably a portion of cut plate forming a flexible finger or lip retaining elastically the end of the first strand 5 in said first housing site 7, narrowing its opening 12. This portion 10 forming an elastically deformable finger or lip thus provides an opening 12 narrowed to the housing site 7, that is to say an opening 12 whose width is at least slightly less than the diameter of the strand 5, but which nevertheless allows the passage of said strand 5 when an extraction force is applied to the part 6. Said part 10 is thus designed and configured (cut and deformed portion to constitute an apostrophe or an inverted comma) to perform a double function during the implementation of the prestressing part 6, namely: i - until the end of assembly: this lip (or finger 10) provides a permanent sliding pivot connection up to the extraction phase of the part 6. This therefore ensures a solid hold, proof against transport and assembly requests. The narrowing at the opening 12 is designed to ensure the insertion of the strand into said housing 7 without being able to plasticize the material, ii - during the extraction phase: the flexibility of the part 10 in finger or lip allows a removal of the part 6 with an ergonomically acceptable effort. This local weakening at the first housing site 7 (with the creation of a deformable finger or lip 10 at the opening 12 and on part of the housing 7 located on the side close to the other housing 7 'and 7 ”) also contributes to the automatic return to the rest configuration of clip 3, this after passage of the maximum section of the male location, release of the prestressing configuration (by means of a rotation strand 5 in site 7) and nesting in groove 4 '. According to a practical embodiment which is simple, economical and suitable for mixed use, the prestressed insert 6 is advantageously a part in the form of a wafer in one piece, preferably made from molding material thermoplastic or thermoset. The body 6 ”of this plate has, on one side, an edge 6 'with a functional contour integrating at least three mutually spaced housing sites 7, 7', 7” intended to receive the ends 5 ”of the free strands 5, 5 'of the clip 3 depending on the type of configuration of the latter and, on the other side, a first gripping appendage 8 for handling, in particular the establishment and removal of said insert 6 by an operator and a second gripping appendage 9 for movement of said insert 6 by a robotic system, in particular a robot arm. In order to remind the operator to remove the part 6 at the end of the mounting operation, the first gripping appendage 8 may have the form of a pictogram, in particular a visual warning pictogram, possibly made of a material of bright color, in particular red, while presenting zones 8 'of easy interfacing for fingers, facilitating a removal operation by traction. The invention also relates to a prestressing part 6 intended to be implemented in a quick connection system 1 as described above, and to be part of it temporarily. This part 6 is characterized in that it consists of a plate intended to come into engagement with a U-shaped locking clip 3, mounted on the female end piece 2 of said quick connection system 1 and comprising housing sites 7, 7 ', 7 ”suitable and intended to cooperate by engagement with free strands 5, 5' extending the two branches 3 ', 3” of the clip 3, so as to define with the latter, on the one hand, a first configuration corresponding to a rest configuration for the clip 3 and locking for the system 1 for quick connection to the final nested state of the male and female ends 4 and 2 and, on the other hand, at least one second configuration of prestressing the clip 3 in which the branches 3 ′, 3 ”of the U are more apart than in the rest configuration but less apart than when the maximum external section of the male end 4 is passed during its insertion into the end piece t female 2. The housing sites 7, 7 ′, 7 ”are arranged on the prestressed insert 6 so that during the insertion of the male end piece 4, and before reaching the nested state final, the clip 3 prestressed by said part 6 is automatically released from its prestressed configuration and can return to its rest configuration. According to an advantageous practical embodiment, the prestressing part 6 consists of a part in the form of a wafer in one piece, preferably coming from molding of thermoplastic or thermoset material, the body 6 ”of this wafer comprising, on one side, an edge 6 'with a functional contour integrating at least three mutually spaced housing sites 7, 7', 7 ”and intended to receive the 5” ends of the free strands 5, 5 'of the clip 3 in function of the type of configuration of the latter and, on the other side, a first gripping appendage 8 for handling, in particular the positioning and removal, of said insert 6 by an operator and a second gripping appendage 9 for a movement of said insert 6 by a robotic system, in particular a robot arm, the housing sites 7, 7 ′ 7 ”having openings 12 directed opposite to the direction ection of extension of appendage 8 for gripping the prestressing part 6 by an operator. The body 6 ”of the part 6 thus comprises a base with the edge 6 'with a functional contour and the sites 7, 7' 7”, intended to interact with the clip 3, and an upper part provided with appendices 8 and 9 above. Said body 6 ”advantageously has a certain thickness to present a sufficiently rigid constitution and to guarantee safe reception of the 5” ends of the strands 5, 5 ’. These ends may consist of folded portions (perpendicular to the general plane of clip 3) of the folded metal wire forming said clip 3 and possibly include thickenings or overmoldings. The part 6 is thus mounted in a plane parallel to the plane of the branches 3 ’, 3” of the clip 3, but offset with respect to the latter. In addition, when it is mounted on the clip 3, the part 6 can be held laterally by the latter and optionally by a formation (shoulder) of the female end piece 4. The invention also relates, as shown in particular in Figures 3A and 3B, on an element 11 constituting a fluid circulation circuit, in particular a tube or conduit, comprising a female end piece 2 suitable and intended to be connected by fitting to a male connector 4 of another element 11 'of said circuit via a quick connection system 1 as described above. This female end piece 2 is equipped with a clip 3 for locking the connection between the two end pieces 2 and 4 in their final state of mutual interlocking. This element 11 is characterized in that it is equipped, at least up to the final nesting state, with a removable piece 6 of prestressing of the clip 3, as mentioned above. Finally, the invention also relates, according to another of its aspects, to a method of producing a connection between two elements 11 and 11 'constituting a fluid circulation circuit, a first element 11 comprising a nozzle. female 2 equipped with a U-shaped locking clip 3 and the second element 11 ′ comprising a male end piece 4, said method preferably using a system 1 as described above. This process is characterized in that it consists in supplying a part 6 of prestressing and with housing sites 7, 7 ′, 7 ”, advantageously as mentioned above, in placing it on the female end piece 2 in the rest configuration of the clip 3, by engagement with wedging of the free strands 5, 5 'of the two branches 3', 3 ”of said clip 3 in the two accommodation sites 7, 7 ', 7” suitable for the part of prestressing 6, to stress the clip 3 by moving the prestressing piece 6 so as to spread the legs 3 ', 3 ”of the clip 3 mutually until reaching a new engagement position with setting for the 'at least one of the strands 5, 5', then insert the male end 4 into the female end 2 until reaching the final nesting state in which the arms 3 ', 3 ”of the clip 3 come snap into an external groove 4 'of said tip male 4, said branches 3 ′, 3 ”having been moved apart beyond their prestressing configuration determined by the part 6 added during the insertion of the male end piece 4 and the strand (s) 5, 5 ′ returning automatically into the housing site (s) 7, 7 ', 7 ”corresponding to the rest configuration of the clip 3 and, finally, to remove the prestressing part 6 by traction. The end 5 of the strand 5 is retained in the site 7 and the end 5 of the strand 5 'is retained in the site 7' under stress by elastic stress (FIG. 2C) and due to the conformations of said sites, then that the end 5 of the strand 5 ′ is retained in the site 7 due to its hook shape (FIGS. 2B and 4B). More specifically, the method according to the invention may for example include the following operating phases: - Installation (by an operator) of the part 6 on the clip 3, which has been previously mounted on the female end piece 2, by positioning the first strand 5 in the first site 7 and the second strand 5 'in the third 7 ”site (Figures 2A and 2B - rest configuration - obtaining a pre-assembled, transportable and manipulable assembly); -switching from the rest configuration (spacing E1) to the prestressing configuration for clip 3 (spacing E3 with E1 <E3 <E2). This operation can advantageously be carried out by a robot which comes into engagement with the second appendage 9 and moves the part 6 against the elastic stress of the branches 3 ′, 3 ″ of the U, until positioning the second strand 5 ′ in the second site 7 '(Figure 2C); - Mutual presence of a female end piece 2 with the preloaded clip 3 and a male end piece 4; - insertion of the male connector 4 into the female connector 2 leading to a spacing of the branches 3 ', 3 ”beyond the prestressing configuration (spacing E2> E3), then to an automatic elastic engagement (with emission of 'a noise) of said branches 3', 3 ”in the groove 4 'of the male end piece 4. This instantaneous return to the rest configuration (spacing E1) with locking of the nesting is facilitated by the finger or the flexible lip 10 at the level of the first site 7 (weakening of the stiffness on a lateral side of this site). The first strand 5 remains in the first site 7, while the second strand 5 'moves from the second site 7' to the third site 7 ”(Figures 4A and 4B); - removal of the part 6 by traction (Figure 4C). Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications remain possible, in particular from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without thereby departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
